The location in the garden is perfect — you enjoy a beautiful summer breeze while mouthwatering creations are prepared live in front of you. The culinary series is a pride for the Lebanese culinary experience, bringing a new concept with honestly Michelin potential given the quality and imaginable creativity. I don't have to travel to Europe when the series are on.

The Food
Antonio grew up surrounded by food — and never stopped asking why things taste the way they do. His cooking is rooted in Arab and Mediterranean flavors, shaped by French technique, and informed by the science of molecular flavor pairing. Self-taught with professional refinement, he has spent years experimenting, learning, and connecting with celebrated chefs worldwide.
His menu creation draws on "The Art and Science of Food Pairing". Every pairing is intentional. Every dish is a statement.
