His interest in French cuisine was inspired by Paul Bocuse, known for his simple and authentic methods, which Antonio admired and studied closely.

Antonio combined his love for Arab and Mediterranean flavors with the elegant techniques of French cuisine. This unique blend allowed him to create innovative dishes that stood out. Although self-taught, his dedication and creativity helped him master these diverse culinary traditions. He continuously grows his skills through courses and workshops, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the culinary world.

Today, Antonio is known for his distinctive style that merges different culinary influences. His work exposure and connections with celebrity chefs have enriched his culinary journey.
